Why is it taking so long for me to get my perfume? I ordered it a month ago...

Amazon, i have read so many reviews. some say it's fake. did they refer to this 3.3oz one sold by amazon for $32.49?

In the description it describes it as 3.4oz but when you purchase the item and select your size it is 3.3oz. I am not sure if the product was a knock off or if it was a "faulty product," but it was definitely not comparable to the Be Delicious I purchase from Macys/UIta/Kohls for $90. It has a distinct alcohol smell and the fragrance wears off within 10 mins. The price on Amazon was definitely too good to be true and I will not purchase this product again.

Why now are there shipping restrictions? I can’t have the perfume delivered to my home, even though I was able to 2 months ago.
