Used in Mercedes C300 power steering
Bought this to replace the power steering fluid in a Mercedes W204. Appears to meet Mercedes specs. The old fluid was a dark brown so needed to be replaced. I just sucked out the old fluid from the reservoir, filled it up with the new fluid, started the car and turned the wheel to the right and left a few times, shut the car off then repeated the procedure. Fluid looked much better afterwards.

Don't use anything else in a bmw
Want to know how I know not to use anything else in a bmw? Because I was that guy that was standing there in the auto parts store thinking .... this 8 dollar fluid says its for ALL makes. Trust me, that stuff is not for ALL makes. I put that cheap stuff into a bmw and was rewarded by a symphony of sounds ranging from high pitch all the way to low grunts. Try doing a 3 point turn with your car screaming at every available frequency. I'm pretty sure it made such a range of loud sounds that dogs nearby were in agony. Ok ... so I messed up. I saved a few bucks, and it was awful. Getting all that cheap fluid out is not real easy. After getting all the cheap fluid out and getting this fluid in the car is no longer making dogs run for safety. It is now perfectly quiet and turns great. Just buy this stuff to start with. It is cheaper in the long run, and so much easier than getting all the other stuff out of your power steering system. Trust me, I did it the dumb cheap way first. Just do it the right way to start with.
