Help. I have 09 Tacoma 5 speed manual will this item work or any other recommendation?

If owners manual calls for a GL-4 oil then yes this is will be fine. Dont use GL-5 in a transmission that calls for GL-4. Sulpher in the oil will destroy the brass synchros and brass washers and parts. Redline is great but its not a miracle oil.

Will this be compatible with my 2014 F34 335i rear non-limited slip differential?

This is not the correct fluid. You need 75w90 and this is 75w85. it's close but not the same. I would recommend the BMW Specific fluid for your car that is the correct spec.

Can it use with Vespa Paige 50cc?

I purchased this oil for an older Hyundai with a manual transmission. I believe it is a formula specifically for Korean cars, and it worked remarkably well. With that said, I don't see where Vespa calls for this viscosity. Personally, I would stick with what they recommend.
