Can this be used with the bassinet?

No, this is for the rumble seat only

Does this fit on the minu stroller?

Yea, it’s pretty universal for just about any rumble seat. It’s also listed as an accessory for the minu on UPPABaby’s website.

Does it fit any stroller? Or needs to be an uppa stroller

I believe it’s universal. There’s no uniquely UPPABABY attachments. There are only harness slits and a grippy back to keep it in place.

What materials is this made of?

Hello, it's fleece on the inside and like a nylon I think outside. Hope this helps!
