Men's Paxton 1/4-Zip Sweatshirt

Amazing! Going to buy in multiple colors. Runs a little big size wise but overall comfortable and worth every penny. Hood isn’t oversized like most hoodies fits my head perfectly. Has small extra pocket inside front pocket great for keys or small items. Heavy duty and warm. Color vibrant. Great quality.

This is hands-down my favorite sweatshirt, no competition. Carhartt is a brand that needs little enough help selling itself, but this sweatshirt is made so unbelievably well, I had to write a quick review.The Rain-Defender material itself is the perfect sweatshirt material. It is heavy, breathable and warm without feeling smothering. I have worn this sweatshirt in everything from cool autumn weather to brisk early-winter days fishing on the Chesapeake Bay and it has kept me comfortable and dry. As a bigger guy (6', 210lbs) a LARGE size leaves plenty of room for layering as well.My favorite aspect of this sweatshirt is easily the construction. Including a quarter-zip at the neck is pure genius. I have a larger head and sensitive skin at my neck, which makes the construction of many hoodies wanting for me. Either pulling them on is a struggle that hurts my ears, or the tight neck will start to irritate and raise bumps on my neck. This simple zip solves both of those problems and still gives you the option to tighten things up when the breeze is blowing. Add in a handy little pocket on the inside of the larger, kangaroo pouch, perfect for stashing finer items like a lighter or sunglasses, and this sweatshirt RULES!Side note: I'm no fashion guru, but the way this garment is cut is slimming also. The extra seam across the chest gives this sweatshirt a distinct V-shape that most sweatshirts lack. There is literally nothing to dislike about this sweatshirt, except for the poor choice of colors. Can we get a green please, Carhartt?

The combination quarter zip and hood is unusual, cool. Nice material, nice weight, nice fit. “Rain defender” printed inside, but haven’t worn in the rain to notice. Carhartt sizes tend to run big; this I wear Large, but most other brands (Nike, Champion) I would buy XL.

Bought it for my husband, he loves it. True to size, and it’s warm and durable. Gets washed like normal, and we haven’t noticed any issues. It’s Carhartt, so it’s expected to be pricier for the quality.

Super nice and heavy duty, got it for my husband for his birthday. I will say it runs slightly big. My husband is 5’9 170-ish and it’s a little baggy but nothing crazy. If you want form fitting order one size smaller!

Very high quality. Husband loves it. It's comfortable, warm and not too bulky to work in.

Great quality: thick, heavy, warm, and soft. Took away a star because the collar is a little aggravating because it will not lay down and runs the neck.

Got this for my husband and he LOVES it. Great durability, very good quality as always with Carhartt. True to size. Definitely recommend.

Fits super well! I am 5'10" and 225lbs. A large still has a relaxed fit. Super warm and repels light rain. I really like the quarter zip function. Keeps it from feeling like the hoody is choking me.
