Good product

The item was what we needed, and was shipped quickly. However, the first shipment was a sealed, but empty, shipping envelope. Went on the app and reported the issue, and was notified that another was on the way. The second delivery arrived a day or two later, but the shipping envelope was taped up, like maybe it had come open, and the container for the rods was cracked at the bottom and most of the rods we loose in the envelope. One rod was missing. As my son needed the rods for his welding class, we chose not to report this second issue and just use what we received.

Good tungsten. Pay attention to the size. I originally ordered this in error but ended up using this for some thin parts.

So far so good. Using on an Orion 150s jewelry welder.

I had to weld up some 1/8" aluminum box tubing and plate for my local HS robotics team. I was using some green (pure) tungsten and wasn't too happy with how quickly I was eating up tungsten. I'm using an older Miller Syncrowave 250, not a newer inverter machine and checked online and saw that lanthanated (blue) tungsten was recommended by some for welding on aluminum. Overall, I'm pretty happy with how the new, blue, tungsten worked. Still balled up at the tip, but stayed pretty stable after that. I will definitely, be sticking with this from now on for aluminum welds.

I like using these a lot. About to go buy more.
