Actually taste nice. Dont leave a coating in the mouth like some others I’ve tried. Dissolve fairly quickly. Better value than in store.

Very affordable given the number of tablets that come in the tube; much cheaper than newer competitors. Tablets dissolve well and leave the drink quite fizzy. Flavour is good and not too artificial tasting, although prefer the taste of the Humantra sachets.

This is my go to electrolyte, flavoursome and effective and doesn’t break the bank!!! What’s not to like.

These are my go to electrolyte tablets mostly due to the flavour. I have tried others but find them too salty. There is a small amount of residue left at the bottom but it does not impact the taste in my opinion.

I regularly do ultra walks and the organisers have started putting SIS into the water at the break points. So I bought these from Amazon in many different flavours and they really keep me hydrated. Especially recommended for women who are going through the menopause and can’t take HRT, palpitations are common but SIS helps manage the electrolyte level and palpitations are much, much fewer after taking 1 SIS daily
