Meike MK-A7R IV Battery Grip for Sony A7R IV A9II A7IV A7SIII Cameras

Helps make the camera feel more complete, the buttons feel a bit cheap but would still recommend as a more affordable alternative.

Well it doesn't even fit my Sony A74 like it says it does. Not sure if I got a defected one but the camera wont even turn on when I tried to attach it. Like I said, the grip doesn't even seem like it fits. Slight gap in between grip and camera and I've tightened it as much as I can. I have Sony Batteries and Off Brand Batteries. Tried both (charged) and still won't work. A little disappointed.

Wasn't sure if this battery grips was gonna work with my A7RV but after months of looking at the same battery grips I finally decided to give it a shot hoping it would work. For me personally I think it fits, looks, and feels great on my A7RV and the added weight is a plus for me at least. Just be careful when setting it down while using heavier lenses cause it will be top heavy so it will tip over a bit and balance itself with the lens and battery grip body

I've bought and used the Meike grips for other cameras and always thought they were great...esp for the price. The feel of the buttons are not quite as good as on the (Sony for me) cameras but just using them a little and you get used to them. I do recommend these grips1 That said, being - I think - my 4th Meike grip I have to say that the fit of this one is a little off and so a little disappointing so I knocked off a star. But, it still works well and I'll gladly keep and use it. Save some money, skip the name brand grips, and try these.

i swear i would nerveer buy the Sony OEM original.. This is better, even if they break after 6months i will still buy this grip again ,great value for the money plus it honestly does feel great in my hands using a sony A9II

Warning. If you plan to use this battery grip with smallrig camera cage or any other fitted enclosure this does not work! The bottom mounting hole is not in the same position compared to Sony VG-C4EM Battery Grip so tripod mounting or fitting with certain accessories will NOT fit. The material is OK and what you can expect at this price point.

Excelente, lo estoy usando hace un mes en una Sony a7IV y va de maravilla. Los botones no son como el de la cámara pero su tacto es bueno y muy aceptable. Recomendado

Brand new for Sony a7rv and stopped triggering for photos in less than two months. Actual use, 3 photo sessions. Two sessions of use wad aprx 1 and half hours. One session was a full day, however the trigger wouldnt fire after about 5 minutes into day.

Works perfectly, makes A7RIV more stable to hold when used with the Sony 200-600 lens. Very good when shooting in portrait mode, much easier to press shutter and C1/C2 buttons in portrait orientation. Item is well made and in similar material to camera body.

Lo he comprado para una Sony a7iv y funciona perfectamente. El único "pero", que es una tontería, pero quiero comentarla, es el botón de disparo no es de color plata, es negro.

Ci sta perfettamente sulla Sony alpha 7iv, non mi ha mai dato errori e problemi nel usarlo. Il materiale del grip e molto più piacevole rispetto al grip di Sony😅, questo qui e più morbido e scivola molto meno. L'unica problema di questo grip e che il foro e spostato rispetto al battery grip di Sony e perciò non combacia con il cage di small rig, non lo so perché non hanno fatto alla stessa distanza... Però ho messo comunque la camera dentro il cage con i due viti laterali, poi questo qui mi sa che un po più grosso del battery grip di Sony perciò spinge il cage di small rig da dentro dando una maggiore sicurezza che non si stacca facilmente.

This is perfect. I don’t see any difference between the original Sony grip I had and the Meike grip.
