Q: Will that work on an Audi A5 2009 or 2010?

Yes and it's great! I use this in my 2008 Audi S6, kindly note that you will need to plug the usb into a charging port to provide constant power otherwise it's awesome. It has served me greatly, it is a must have for me! Good luck!

Q: volume seems low when my bt volume and car volume is all the way up. What power adaptor for car works best? Will that make a difference? i am use 2.4A

Adjust the volume on your phone. Most phones nowadays remember the last set volume level while connected to certain devices. When you hookup your phone to the device for the first time, set your phone to the highest volume setting, and then adjust the car volume accordingly. The Phone should remember that each time you connect to that specific Bt the volume was last set on high and automatically will do so when connected.

Just simply works

I’ve tried multiple products that didn’t seem to work, and then I came across this product which simply changed the multimedia experience in my Audi A4. The USB power cable is ugly but you can resolve that issue by placing a simple 20$ mobile power bank in the glove box that lasts for weeks without need for charging.
