As with most people I have made the change from plastic to glass in all my kitchen items. Unfortunately, even the glass containers come with some plastic, either covers or straws. I purchased these glass straws to eliminate that issue. I do have stainless steel water bottles but those even have plastic straws. Ordered these glass straws but was concerned they may be fragile and cause more harm than good. The minute I opened them I could feel how well made and durable they appeared. While washing in the sink I dropped one and it did not crack or break. Amazing!! They are so smooth and fit well in my large water container perfectly. It did come with a straw cleaner, that I found to be very coarse, not sure if I will use that. I do not intend to put in the dishwasher but hand wash. They are already bent so that works. They are thick and durable after using a few days. Very functional alternative to plastic and I believe they will last a long time. No residual taste that I can detect. Beautifully designed and functional.

Great glass straws long enough for Stanley. I am trying to reduce the plastic in my life and these are nice and durable and work well. They’re easy to clean as well.

Really nice quality - straws are thicker than most other glass straws

As a loyal Pyrex customer, I recognize durable glass products when I see them. These straws have not disappointed, and fit my Stanley 30 oz tumbler perfectly. I do find it more comfortable drinking from the Stanley with this angled straw, and I will gladly buy these again. As other customers have reported, even though this is tough glass, be careful when carrying the cup (just as you would with any glass vessel). My biggest gripe is with the cleaning brush that is included with the straws. Major fail: the brush is just a little too big in diameter and the bristles are too stiff to fit properly. I tried cleaning with this brush only to have it jam inside the straw and then I had to delicately wiggle it out with wet, soapy hands. Not ideaI. I have another nylon bristle straw cleaning brush that fits perfectly, but I specifically ordered this set of straws with the brush so I could leave the extra brush at my office. Now I'm on the hunt for another straw cleaning brush. To the manufacturer: if you're going to include a free product like a cleaning brush, do the bare minimum and make sure it fits.

I've been using reusable straws for years and would replace them periodically because I felt like I couldn't sanitize them well enough after they would get miniscule scratches. I tried the stainless and felt like they had a strange taste then, After trying the Glass, I won't use anything else.

Love them but be careful they will break if you drop them.

Ich bin ein kleiner Fan vom Stanley geworden, weil er mir tatsächlich hilft mehr zu trinken. Was ich aber wirklich gar nicht mag, sind die Strohhalme aus Plastik! Sie sind schnurgerade und irgendwie unbequem beim trinken. Die regulären Glashalme sind allesamt zu kurz für den Stanley und ich war froh, als ich diese hier gefunden habe! Das 6-er Pack kommt mit einem Bürstchen, die Halme fühlen sich wertig und nicht zerbrechlich an, das war mir wichtig. Die Reinigung geht natürlich fix und was soll ich sagen, ich bin sehr zufrieden!

My main reason for buying these is that the manufacturer said that they can be cleaned in a dishwasher, and I’m happy to report that that works quite well. You have to get the angle right so that the dishwasher water goes into the straw, but most attempts have been successful. They’re also nice to drink out of and feel durable, so I’m very satisfied.

Finalmente delle cannucce come si deve, meglio a parer mio anche delle solite in acciaio: arrivano in una confezione anti rottura con il loro spazzolino per la pulizia, in totale sono 6 nella confezione. Ci stanno perfettamente in una borraccia da 2 L.
