Easy on the gut
This is a great iron supplement! It doesn't cause gut issues or constipation like other iron supplements I have tried. The pills are small and easy to swallow.

Best iron supplement!
This product in my opinion was more effective than the Mary Ruth’s Iron liquid supplement for me. It got my iron level up fast!

First iron pill that doesn’t hurt my stomach!!!!
I have taken it only 3 times but I’m shocked, I have no side effects or bad side effects. My bowel movements are a bit slower but nothing crazy. I have tried other more expensive iron pills and liquid that have claimed to be gentle and they give me the most instant horrendous stomach cramps and pains and bowel movements. Time will tell, I really hope this continues to not hurt and that I can finally help treat my low ferritin levels.

Hair builder!
This product has drastically reduced my hair shedding. Although the taste of them is not great, I highly recommend this to anyone who is seeking to boost their iron or ferritin to reduce hair loss.

Great for sensitive stomach
Great iron supplement. My stomach is sensitive and I had a hard time finding an iron supplement that works for me. These don’t cause stomach upset. I also like that they are mini pills so instead of taking a huge dose at one time, I take one pill and then a couple hours later take the second one.

Noticeable Improvement in My Iron and Hemoglobin
After being diagnosed with low iron, I started taking this supplement consistently, and it has made a real difference. My blood work showed that my iron and hemoglobin levels went up, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I also noticed I had more energy as my levels improved. One thing I really appreciate is that it’s much gentler on my stomach than other iron supplements I’ve tried. The added vitamin C, folate, and B12 are a nice bonus for supporting healthy red blood cell production. This has become a daily staple for me, and I definitely plan to keep buying it.
