SOPHICO 7Cup Round Silicone Lid Replacement for Pyrex&AnchorHocking 7402-PC

As promised by the seller, these lids fit my Pyrex and Anchor Hocking bowls, , and are "leak proof" as long as you don't fill the bowl to the "tippy-top", e.g., soup! I haven't used them long enough to comment on their durability since I tend to wash stuff like this by hand. The color red is true to what is shown on the website. Because they are silicone, I expect these lids to last longer than previously purchased plastic replacement lids that tend to crack along the edge with use. They might be little more expensive than the plastic variety, but if I don't have to replace them every 6 months, over time these silicone lids will pay for themselves.

Exactly what I had been looking for! It took me months to finally figure out a replacement lid for a covered glass bowl I bought from a discount center. Almost immediately, that lid cracked in two places (it was more of a soft plastic lid, not silicone). I haven't tested to see if this lid is leakproof, but honestly, I don't need it to be. It seems durable, fits well, and I'm just thrilled to have a lid again!

The best replacement tops ever! Silicone is the way to go! Flexible, seals perfectly and washes well. They feel like a forever replacement!

These silicone lids are so much better than the original Pyrex plastic lid which invariably cracks. They fit well, are easy to wash and, best of all, they do not crack and split.

I am so glad I purchased these. I use them every few days and love the smooth, soft surface and the snug seal. I also like that the colors coordinate with the different sizes — it makes grabbing the right one super easy. Just a heads‑up: if you buy the dark blue and run it through the dishwasher, you might notice some light staining on the lid depending on your detergent. It doesn’t affect performance at all, and it wipes off easily. I just rinse with fresh water and use a kitchen cloth, and the stains come right off. Overall, they work extremely well, feel great to use, and have become part of my regular routine.

These are a little harder to clean inside the rims by hand than the harder plastic lids. But they go through the dishwasher without getting warped or melted. They do tend to absorb odors, so you may want to use one of the colors for foods with garlic and onions, and the other color for sweet stuff. They work well in the freezer and stay flexible. One caution is to not stack large densely-filled bowls with lids on more than about two high, as the lids stretch and bow down in the middle. Overall, a great food storage solution.

I wish Pyrex and Anchor Hocking would give up on their plastic lids and send us these silicone lids instead. They are THAT MUCH BETTER! They are flexible and don't get brittle and crack like the original lids.

We really like these items. I was tired of the other tops that cracked and shed pieces of plastic. These easily move from freezer to microwave and stay flexible.

These are a great replacement to the harder plastic lids that crack on Anchor and Pyrex storage containers. I have them in most of the sizes available, and I would have more, but the price is quite a barrier.

Great addition, most of my pyrex plastic lids have cracked over time. These silicone ones fit well and it's nice to have them in different colours. Love, highly recommend.

Finally! Lids that aren’t going to eventually crack. I can use them as the glass bowls are heated in the microwave, too. So I don’t have to waste more cling wrap during that very brief microwave time, either. They appear slightly more expensive than the regular plastic ones, but I’ve already replaced all the original plastic lids once. I was so happy to have brand new, plastic lids. Then they all started cracking like the originals. I’m done doing that. Many of those newly replaced lids cracked along the edges again before a year had passed. So I’m very happy to have these new Silicone, flexible, heat resistant lids now! No more cracks. And really nice colours too!

Fits the glass containers perfectly, clean well, didn't warp in dishwasher top rack, as long as they last as long as the glass bowl will they're worth the money.

It fits one of my glass containers but not the other one which is Pyrex oddly enough.
