Compatible and Reliable
Bought these based on price and I am totally satisfied. Works as well as Salonpas and other 4% Lidocaine brands, including store brand generics. Adhesion has been excellent. I totally recommend. FOLLOW UP (12/10/23) - Frustration with Adhesive Backing I am on my second box of 30. While I am still very satisfied with the effectiveness and convenience of these pads, I am frustrated by product inconsistency. Specifically, the plastic backing is sometimes difficult to remove, the adhesive is gooey and sticky, and as I peel the backing, the pad tends to fold in on itself and/or gets stretched out. This occurred on a few of the pads in the first box I bought, but most were fine. As I begin to use the second box, it has occurred on nearly every pad. This is frustrating and I have occasionally had to throw out a pad, or snip off a portion that had folded over and became unusable. As I read back over reviews, I have noticed that a lot of people have had this experience as well. That is disappointing. I will be reaching out to Wellspring, if they do not respond in this forum. 4/10/24 FOLLOW UP I did follow up with Wellspring at their number on the box. They were very responsive and sent me a new box of 30. I appreciate their responsiveness. Between the box of 30 I had just started using, and the box they sent me, I have had very few pads that peeled smoothly as designed. Most were sticky and stretched out as I tried to peel and apply them to my knee and ankle. I often cut the pad in half because I do not need a complete 3.9"x5.5" pad in either area. Either way, when applying the pad it tends to stretch from 1.5 to 2 times its length. I just put a complete 3.9x5.5 on my knee. Final size when applied was 2.9"x12". Unfortunately, I suspect, from both experience and others' reviews, that most of the other similar sized and priced pads sold here on Amazon are likely to have the same problem. Good pain relief but unreliable application and adhesion.

product that works, good pricing
works well, less expensive than some other brands! easy to apply. You might want to tape lightly on the edges on any of these types of patch. none i have tried have just stayed on without a bit of tape on the edge.

Pro Lidocaine Patch User - These are the ones youโve been hoping for!
Iโve been using Lidocaine patches for over 15 years. Iโve used brand name prescription, brand name OTC, off brand OTC, you name it. These are the STICKIEST lidocaine patches on the market, period. You will not find a patch like this elsewhere. The super wet patches roll off when you move. The dry patches fall off over the hours. The medium patches also roll/peel/curl at the corners until they canโt be salvaged. These? They STICK like a bandage. They have to be pulled off- legit pulled off! For reference, these are the most effective patches in order of longevity. I wear patches 24/7 and put on a new one when they either no longer numb or fall off. Dollar Tree - 2 for $1. These are almost identical to salonpas but a fraction of the cost. Changing them doesnโt hurt the wallet. They are a little stickier than Salonpas by 5-10%. Salonpas- a very wet patch. Tend to roll off when moving around in bed unless taped down. Extra expense in money and energy, also much more expensive than dollar tree patches. Aspercreme (all sizes) - a more dry patch. Falls off in a few hours. Not as effective, likely to die with the extremely small amount of hydrogel they use. The new dry patches available on Amazon: theyโre half size and twice the price. Not worth the money as you have to use twice as many. These patches combine the best of every patch. Wet hydrogel. Somehow incredibly sticky like a bandage. No tape needed. Lasts 12-18 hours. Must be pulled off with a decent grip. Doesnโt pull hair on me but YMMV if youโre hairy. Price is about 1 for $1. Excellent price, especially since they last longer than all others. I would use 2x as many Dollar Tree or SalonPas patches because they come off in 8 hours. Buy them. Theyโre an amazing deal and the stickiest ever. No more money down the drain. Identical size to Salonpas and Rx patches. That 1% truly doesnโt make a difference. The Rx patches arenโt worth it. My only complaint is the huge amount of packaging. I wish they would go to packaging like the Dollar Tree patches. Two patches to one package, with a heated seam between them to separate the pouches. Lots of waste with the current packaging. This could also help them lower the price a bit.

Effective, affordable, consistent, long-lasting pain relief
These 4% lidocaine patches are effective in pain relief. I have spinal issues, along with inflammation, and I use 7-10 of them per week under doctor's supervision. Wellmate never disappoints me with the level of lidocaine in the patch, and they definitely last 12 hours. I consider this brand extremely effective, and when that is paired with the relatively low price (I look for the frequent sales and use Subscibe and Save), it's the best value for the money of the 5 different brands I have tried. I don't feel uncomfortable while I'm wearing them, and no one has ever mentioned an odor to me. That may be because they are thicker than many lidocaine patches. I do have one complaint. They are not very sticky, and in order to get them to stay on, I must use medical tape separate from the patches. This is a minimal added expense. (Search Amazon for "plastic medical tape", and you can buy in bulk to get the best deals.) Since I use lidocaine patches almost daily, adding tape isn't a big deal to me compared to the effective pain relief of Wellmate and the consistent and lasting amount of lidocaine used, combined with the affordability this company provides.

SumifunLido z
I have been using Sumifum Lidocaine pain relief gel! patches for 2 years. They come 40 in brox @ $33.99 so I decided to try these @ 8Welmat for 40 @ $38.95. Don't like these as well as the Sumifun. They don't stick as well and these are not as effective in relieving pain. I 5Have arthritis inmy knee and Sciatica in entire leg and foot for about a year. When I put both brands on I take a knee high, cut the toe part off a d have to sliit the sides to wear onto to keep both on. I really think the Sumifum are are better but a little more pricey. Thank God my insurance has approved a stimulator for me that will helpt with my lower back pain I've had 43 years. Better to stick with what works for you just save money. Definitely think the Sumifun works great especially on my back. They stay stuck fot 24 hours. these are the last one i bought, before what it seems a new presentation
the 30 counts until february , i like it; they are flexible. I bought these because the 40 are really bad quality and do not stay on...they were 12 hours...but now i am scare to buy these with the new presentation. if they don't get my money back, i am seeing that says 8 hours only

Product good, packaging horrible
While I find these patches to be helpful and effective, I have to comment on the seller. 30 of these patches come in one box which is fine each individual patch comes in a slippery aluminum packet so that it stays moist and usable. The 30 slippery packages are packed into a flimsy box and then put in a paper envelope. When the envelope arrives itโs smashed and the box is crushed and youโve got 30 slippery packages sliding all over the house. This is so annoying that itโs worth paying more to get careful packaging.
