Hi, i have an adult merauke blue tongue skink would you recommend the large or xl size?

hi， adult merauke blue tongue skink around 45-60cm length , i think the XL will be better

can it be used underwater ina fish tank?

It's light plastic so it would probably float, but if you put something on top like stones or whatever decor you have it could work.

Would this work for a one year old bearded dragon ?

It would depend how big. Possible

what size should I get for my adult female ball python?

When you say adult. What size is your adult? If he or she is 5 to 6 feet i would say xlarge is fine.
