I cannot recommend these more! Great quality, easy to swallow, only need to take one before bed and it doesn’t affect sleep. Takes a few weeks to build in the system but work great with consistent use!

It definitely helps me sleep. I take it at night and once it gets into my system, I get really groggy and fall asleep fast. I also feel a bit more alert than normal. I will definitely keep using it.
