Solution: Please switch the electric blanket OFF using the controller and remove the power plug from the power socket. Disconnect and reconnect the power connector to the power inlet. Plug the power plug back into the power socket and switch the controller ON. Hope this help you out. How do I troubleshoot the remote it blinks zero when powered on

Seems you have to actually disconnect everything, both disconnect plug from electric socket and disconnect cord from the pad itself. Wait a few minutes and connect all back again. Hope that works for you

When I turn on giving c code and not working . What do I have to do ?
