Could I have/ order just another sleeve of green leaves, or do I have to order another while set if I want more leaves?

Hello, if you are willing to pay for shipping, The seller can make some leaves for you. You can contact the seller.

Are pieces proportional to the size of the purchased tree? If the M tree “trunk” base is ~ 6 inches, will the XL trunk base be ~9 inches?

Yes, it appears so. I purchased the smaller tree and the trunk is proportionally smaller. It fits nicely above a chair rail.

How many pieces are in this tree..total?

Hello, you are asking about the L model product. Different models have different sizes and different number of parts. Trunk parts for L model: 50 pieces, L size birds: 9, Leaf size L: 244 pieces. You can ask the seller if you have any questions.

Will it work on a curved wall?

Hello, this product is suitable for all smooth surfaces such as tiles, glass, wood panels, latex painted walls and many more. If you have uneven walls, or if your walls have a lot of dust, this product is not suitable for use.
