I usually use wire racks and sterno to keep food warm during the holidays. This year I thought I would just buy the warming trays, which are safer and easier to use. It is a one time purchase, instead of buying the foil pans and sterno every year. I hate dealing with dumping out the water of the large foil pans. The size I am reviewing is about 24" x 9". This fits perfectly on the shelf of my bay window. I figure I can fit 2 13"x9" pans, with about 2" over the size of the warming tray. I gave it a 4 only because there isn't any temperature control, so for consumers who want a choice of heat, best to go with a different size. The tray will heat to 200 degrees. This is fine for me, as I want to keep the food very hot. Also, the food will stay warm after you turn the tray off. I do have other larger warming trays that have temperature control. It is a nice feature, but as I said, I want my food hot.

I got this warmer to free up oven space. We served 28 people at thanksgiving and it freed up my oven and my crockpot! It was big enough to keep 2 9x13 glass dishes at 201° and i also used it another time for 3 smaller foil pans. Love it!

Works as intended. Food must be hot when putting dishes on the tray, but kept hors d’oeuvres hot for about a 30 minute window on Christmas (the food was gone by then - but I assume it would keep the food hot for longer but only needed it for when there was food). Glass top gets hot - so be careful of that. Honestly only complaint is that the one I received was obviously used and the listing did not state that it was a “second chance” item.

I like the way this product looks, the way it keeps food at the right temperature, and it's easy to clean. I did not have the choice of temperature however, but it ended up that I didn't need it.

Finally got to use them at an event and was very confused and frustrated with the product. I used the correct items to warm the food but it wasn't working. I ended up unplugging them and using my other warmers instead. I'm very disappointed and I don't know what to do with them now. Not worth the money.

Works great and keeps food warm. Just wish it had a high, medium & low setting.

Funciona muy bien. hace lo que promete, mantener calientes los alimentos, una vez cocinados. Mantiene los alimentos a buena temperatura sin secarlos, ni sobrecocinarlos (creo que no llega a yad soledet). Además cumple porque no tiene perilla para regular la temperatura. Me da la impresión que el consumo eléctrico es bajo. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Bought this for overflow for holidays...love it!

Overall this product is great. I used it for the first time the other day and it really kept the food warm/hot. It even warmed up a pudding that had been in the fridge. There was no need to microwave it. The only reason it got a 4 star is because I feel it could have been better packaged when shipped, it can get damaged easily.
