The EvenUp spacers for shoes are great. I am learing to walk using a walking boot and needed something to even my other leg up with the one in the boot. I like that they are adjustable. With the sneaker I was using I removed the thinner pad in the EvenUp and my legs are now equal in height. And I like that I do not have to put it on the sneaker every time I need to use. it. Great product and if you are needing to usea walking boot I strongly suggest you get an evenup shoe balancer. They are well worth the money.

A life (back) saver. Broke my fibula, had a boot for 5 weeks, back was killing me, asked my ortho doc about heel lifts and he recommended this. Absolutely amazing and should seriously come WITH every boot…. The boot is finally off and my back is fine. So thankful for this thing, it has different pads and was adjustable to fit any shoe I needed. I feel bad for all the people I ran into who told me stories of how they were in a boot and how much hip / back pain they had because they didn’t have this thing. Well done. Six stars out of five!!

I fell and broke my left foot. The doctor placed me in a smaller boot so my foot would repair. After walking one day in the boot and a tennis shoe on the other foot, my hip started hurting because my two feet were not level. The urgent care facility told me about this shoe lift called Evenup. I immediately ordered it from Amazon. I chose the right height adjustment lift (they give you 3) and attached it to my tennis shoe right away. I couldn't believe what a difference it made. It was a life-saver. At first, I worried about it being loose and falling off, but it worked perfectly. I wore it for nine weeks and never had any trouble from it! The Evenup saved my hip and back.

So far so good 👍, it's a little too tall but better than a little too short. I found out that I actually have 1 leg an inch too short. I started wearing the heel inserts and my back pain went away. Only problem with them is that they only lift my heel and now my toes are getting scrunched up and hurting. 1" full inserts make my shoes too small so put the lifts on the OUTSIDE!These were easy to slip on the shoe, and work great! Although they can slip around on my shoe but I think if I add some Alien tape it'll stop.

As a life long LLD consumer, you know well the agony and expense of having to send your shoes to be altered. So convenient to be able to slip on the newer improved design of the EVENup, The newer design is just that slightly better fitting and less bulky and conspicuous, along with a new kind of bottom section with excellent traction. So much more able to wear these anywhere, not just around the house. For those shoes that you want to have altered for dressier occasions, you can test the shoes before deciding which ones to send. For your at-home and casual wear, this is heaven-sent, you can even slip it onto your loafer-bed-slippers! I keep on buying another one, so needed and convenient! Especially when you start getting older, you may need to Even-Up to avoid painful Sciatica.

Oh my gosh these are a godsend if you have to wear an orthopedic boot! The evening before I got these I hobbled around and the boot was hurting my shins so bad and as soon as I got these the next morning early and put it on my shoe I knew I was going to be able to continue wearing the boot in comfort. They're well worth the money.

I'm confused by the reviews describing these as slippery or unstable! The bottoms are ridged rubber and though the platforms are smooth, they have enough give to make a rubber-soled sneaker unbudgeable. See photo.One star off (would remove 1/2 star if I could) because the adjustable height doesn't correspond to the standard orthopedic boot I'm wearing, leaving me wishing for one more thin platform to insert. But 3 heights are better than 1, and I'm sure a more adjustable version would be more expensive. A good buy and *so* much better than going without one!

I broke my foot badly and am in a boot for 4-6 weeks. The only other time I had an ortho boot my back was a mess from the uneven gait. I’ve been walking for a few days and this is a game changer. I got 2 sizes (Sm and Med) so I can wear a casual shoe or athletic one. Highly recommend.
