I have a glass with interior diameter of 70mm & exterior diameter of 74mm (the width of the glass side wall is 2mm on each side) will it work? thanks!

I measured across, and I have it as 3.75 inches, which I think is 95.25 mm or 9.5 cm. I just placed it on a few pint glasses with different width tops and it fit all of them with room to spare. The lip which says "the perfect black n tan" around it is almost 1.5 cm, giving it room for the different sized glass tops. I hope this helps

The pourer fits over a 16 ounce pint glass. It's less than a 1/2 inch deep. It pours perfectly so that your black sits on the tan and looks like it does in the pint glass shown.

does this work with a clear Solo plastic cup with an outside diamer of 3.75 inches?

The diameter of the tool is 3.75" so it probably will not sit properly on the solo cup. As an alternative, the tool could be held over the cup when pouring the top layer beer.
