Does the number pad on the side work if the laptop you are using does not have a number pad?

Yes. It works as long as you have "num lock" enabled. I will say, however, that if you don't turn off the Num Lock key, if your keyboard has a set up that uses a Num Lock function then you might type numbers instead of letters. This is fixable by pressing "Function + Numlock" on your laptop keyboard, if you have that, or by disabling Num Lock while the roll up keyboard is still plugged in. Hope this helps!

Is it really water proof?

Does this work with the ps4?

It works in the dashboard and in the web browser. I have not used it in game yet. I do not know if there are games that support mouse and keyboard for the ps4. But the ps4 recognizes it. Hope that helps.

Would this work on a sony bravia smart tv.

This is a wired USB computer keyboard. If you have a PC that uses a USB keyboard, unplug the keyboard and plug it into your TV. If it works, then this keyboard will also work. Does this help?
