Great 1200 mg
But I don't think 1 twice daily covers the elemental calcium which is what the body really absorbs like a B12 2000 mcg body absorbtion 20 mcg or something anyway great for the Valiue combined with vitamin D 🗽

Just Calcium and a good price
Was hard to find a calcium supplement that didn't have vitamin D. I take vitamin D but the amount changes from time to time and then you're stuck with what came with the calcium. These are great and were a good price.
