Wolo4003) 100 Watt Siren Speaker

I got this PA speaker for my 01 Yukon Denali. with the provided mounting bracket, I was able to mount it behind the grill(i like things looking as clean and stock as possible) and it was a perfect fit. I also painted it black so it can't really be seen but can definitely be heard!!! I have it hooked up to my cobra 29 lx cb radio that has a PA speaker outlet. You do need a mono plug to connect the speaker wires to so it will be accepted by the cb radio output. It is definitely loud and clear. Instead of having to buy noise makers, just download an app on your phone and play it through the mic. Great speaker at a great price...well worth it. It is also very heavy duty an can see it work great on commercial/fleet vehicles.

Just installed this is my vehicle for my CB radio. It seems much louder than my previous PA horn, but not as loud as I was expecting. Beware, it is very large. It took me a long time to find a feasible location for the installation. I would say for the money, if you want a little additional sound, it is a good deal. I drive a diesel truck so for me I need the little extra. If you don't need that additional sound, go for a cheaper PA horn it will work just fine and will be easier to install in the engine compartment.

I have this speaker installed in my truck as the speaker for a Whelen Air Horn/Siren unit. It's mounted semi behind my license plate up front so while somewhat protected it is still exposed to the elements. So far, so good. It is EXTREMELY loud, weighs a ton and seems to be built very well. Conveniently enough, water does not collect in it as I thought it would, and even after several heavy rainstorms and driving through a very real hurricane it works perfectly and does not seem muffled at all. As I said, so far, so good.

When paired with a Whelen 100W PA it was not as loud as expected. Very heavy and seems to be well made. Both this and the PA get four stars as a result of the volume.

This device works great in all kinds of weather. I have this speaker mounted on my winch mount. It is a very rugged speaker and would be difficult to damage. I have an amplifier in my vehicle that uses this external speaker. It provides a loud horn tone and allows you to transfer audio from your commercial radio to this external speaker, additionally acting as a PA. I highly recommend this speaker for any environment. There are no cons for it.

This speaker was a bit larger than I had expected it to be BUT I was able to conceal and mount it with no issues. I am powering this speaker with a 100w Whelen siren and this thing is loud! I am a volenteer fire fighter and I have no issues getting to where I need to be. Speaker puts off great sound and is well heard. I would rate it as the same quality that police and ems services use.

Almost blew my eardrums out installing this. Can be heard quarter mile away, maybe more.Pretty solidly built and needs a good mounting point due to the weight. A bit disappointed with the very small gauge wires but these can be changed with a little effort.

It is very loud. Hooked it up to my federal pa box and you can hear it a long way away. Have the option to play radio through it via my box and it sounds decent enough to play while in the woods or working away from the barn. When someone cuts you off they know they ticked you off when you activate whatever horn you have wired to the speaker.
