The media could not be loaded.  We bought this chair having looked at lots of other different options. It seemed a reasonable price and had a good range of features.We are so pleased with it. It was easy to assemble (30 mins tops) and it’s comfortable enough for our baby to nap in. The vibrate function is good and the lullabies it plays are calming. Really recommend this to parents who need their arms back!

Bought for our baby who had colic, really soothing and helps most evenings. She hated her baby bouncer but loves this.Seat is comfortable and well padded with a recline option. Five point harness is easy to adjust and keeps baby secure.The seat can be swivelled so the baby can rock from side to side or back and forth, we’ve found if one way doesn’t soothe the baby the other way might. Buttons are easy to use and very responsive. Light enough to be moved from room to room yet very sturdy. Lovely colour and design although not sure it will stay clean being so light in colour.Assembly was easy and instructions clear. Six swing speeds, timer option and also songs and white noise offers a variety of options when trying to soothe baby. The fact it plugs in was what made it a clear choice for our baby, compared to cheaper swings where we probably would’ve paid the difference in batteries over the space of six months use and yet we have a premium product that does a little more than simply swing back and forth.

I bought this product in October and first time I use was in january 2020. I was really happy with the product and did not realise if product is not function properly I will not be able to return.First week of using this item in Jan 2020, Ifeel like stressing out with the product. Nothing work perfect except product look great if not in use . I was embarrassed when my brother visited my place first time to see baby, he told me from where I bought second hand product which is not work properly. I was shocked and explain its brand new. Anyway I just want to bin this items.1- lever problem: the chair went lopsided as soon as baby goes in it.2- Arm attached to the chair : hanging toys fell on the chair easily.3-whisper quiet technology should allows baby to swing in silence but its noisy and not acceptable.4 -speed : speed was ok first few days but it's getting worst .5-description about the product: 80 % description fail except product good looking.I believe this product is faulty and send me refurbished product , does not seems it's new product. Unfortunately once i realized I should return this product , time was well over 2 months 2 weeks as I did not use the product till first week of January 2020.Please avoid this product and if you really want to buy , buy and use it straight away as you can return the product within month.

Bless this swing! It was a desperation purchase for a baby that refused to be put down. The swing has let us have a string of quiet meals at the table and baby is often willing to nap in it. I'm happy we got it. That said, the sitting uo to lying down adjustment process is not smooth and it is hard to get the thing to lock in the up position. Doesn't matter to us really as we always have it down, but take note.

Arrived in box which had been opened and taped back up.It’s quite clear I was sent an already returned item. It was absolutely filthy dirty upon opening and smelt really bad like spices. It had a sticky, orange residue on parts of the frame and dirt/black marks on the seat.2 parts were missing and 2 parts the wrong size!Demanded a replacement from amazon.Replacement arrived the following day (in a different box to what came a few days earlier) - only to find that that one was also no good. It had 2 malfunctioning parts which we didn’t find until the last part of constructing it, the foot rest was missing which goes inside the seat) and the clip fittings were the wrong shape meaning the poles dont slide in and click together.I’ve now requested a full refund. Amazon had me repack & return both which is a load of messing about before they’ll issue the refund.....My 5 day old baby still doesn’t have a swing chair.DONT ORDER! You’ll probably end up with one of my broken ones too!!!!
