I got sick when my baby was only one month old and I had a high fever of 104-105. Due to the fact that I was sick, my milk supply significantly reduced. I was frustrated and afraid that I will not be able to breast feed my child. Therefore, I started looking for supplements that increase breast milk supply and found fenugreek from Mama’s Select on Amazon. I found this product very helpful in increasing my milk supply and I was able to continue breastfeeding my child. I took two pills in the morning, afternoon and evening after the meal as it is suggested on the package and I noticed the difference in 2 days. My breast milk supply started increasing. I am very satisfied with this product and I think it is very efficient. I have not had any side effects and I recommend it to breastfeeding mothers who want to increase their breast milk supply.

The product was great. I have used fenugreek before and was pleased with the results. This time I used this specific product for help with milk production with breastfeeding my newborn. I noticed an increase in my supply after only two or three days but after 3-4 weeks of use I have been able to maintain a steady milk supply. No bad taste or smell, it has a faint smell or syrup but that’s really not unpleasant.

I noticed results rather quickly with this product. After a growth spurt, my baby completely wiped out the stash that i had saved up, so i began to worry that i wouldn't be able to keep up. Hey mamas,Soo to all moms that are pumping or breastfeeding your babies. Here is my opinion about this product.So once i gave birth obviously your milk doesn't come in until a couple of days .. lets say 3-5 days.Well i started taking it once my milk started to come in. Slowly my milk started to increase, i was doing power pumping too once or twice a day'.Let me tell you.. i got Mastitis twice.My milk was getting clogged so i stopped taking the pills and power pumping..Put lot of ice on my breast consistently through the day. It went away.Went back slowly on power pumping and stopped taking the pills.Is been alright with my milk supply.And is been couple weeks since now my milk supply started to be low..and i went back to taking the pills.Idk what it is. But you have to be consistent with the pills to see results but be careful to not get mastitis because of your breast producing so much.

I think this is a wonderful supplement for fenugreek. This fenugreek did not make me have any headaches when taking it and it did not upset my stomach. I believe I will purchase this product again as well as the goats rue because i did notice a positive change in my supply by taking this supplement. I also enjoy that it was a good value for the amount of pills in the bottle. Thanks so much 😊

The product was honestly pretty good I have always lacked with my supply when it came to Brest feeding it did take about a week for me to notice significant change but it did overall work taking the pill three times a day was a bit of a struggle to remember tho do to having a newborn and two other kiddos running around but if you set a alarm it’s not that bad it becomes pretty much a habit more than anything the pills didn’t make me feel any way bad but did make me a tad clogged up if you know what I mean but it only lasted a few days probably just my body getting used to the pills I love the price of the product compared to other and how it is natural and pretty much one ingredient my baby didn’t seem to be fazed by the pill I did notice he has a little bit of a upset stomic for a cupple of days but went away pretty much right away overall I think the product has so much potential for moms who need help with there supply I definitely recommend it I already have my sister in law trying it and she has a huge supply from only using it for a week If I were to rate the product I’d say 8.5/10 but that’s different for eveyone
