I take Vitamin C every day for general health, and since I don’t eat a lot of citrus fruits, to make certain I make up for any dietary deficiencies. I take one of these in the morning with my other supplements, usually on an empty stomach or with coffee. This medium sized capsule is easy to swallow; no taste or odor, no gastrointestinal side effects.I like this particular supplement for several reasons:- Timed release over several hours- This isn’t a mega dose; I’m not into huge doses of vitamins and supplements- Large bottle at a reasonable price, good value- I like the formula, includes Acerola (Barbados Cherry) and Rose Hips
