DeLallo Organic Whole Wheat Farfalle No.87 - 16 oz

This is hands down one of our favorite pastas to order. Tastes great with any sauce we have used, including alfredo. Even my picky eater loves it!

I used the Farfalle bow ties as a bed for a vegetable stir fry. It cooked to a nice al dente firmness. I'm not sure if it was my cooking time or something intrinsic to whole wheat but both my wife and I liked the taste and texture. It's also comforting to know that it's organic and that we're getting the nutritional benefit of whole grain.

I was skeptical about buying this product, having tried other brands of whole wheat pasta and been disappointed. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this pasta. It has a nice taste and texture that's not too different from regular pasta. And I think it's a good option for diabetics.

We love the taste of this organic, whole wheat pasta made in Italy.

This Organic Whole Wheat pasta is truly great. Yeah it might take a bit longer to cook, but the rewards of having pasta again without disturbing my diabetes was truly awesome!
