I sent this to my granddaughter for her birthday = both she and my daughter loved it! They said the balloon floated out of the package as it was opened and music played and the balloon floated up. It was delivered a day early which I loved since I ordered it last minute and was worried about it being there on time. I will definitely order this again!

Just take $30 and throw it in the trash.The package took so long that it missed the birthday by several days. The balloon was deflated, and the music piece was broken. The balloon turned out to be the same as one that you could pick up at the grocery store for $1. It came with a piece of foil wrapping paper in the bottom of the box, and a single piece of red licorice.Nothing but disappointment.

The product did come early for my fiance's birthday party however from there nothing but disappointment. The balloon wouldn't come out of the box, covered by sheets of heavy paper with the music box taped to the side of the balloon, the strings of this particular balloon measured well over 11ft, the music box was damaged. I will not nor would I suggest this product to anyone.Compared to the video of someone opening the box to gain a surprise balloon, music, and well thought out card I instead only gained a nice card.

I ordered this for younger sister’s birthday. I thought it would be a nice surprise. She lives in Florida and when she opened the box and balloon was flat and the candy had all melted and made a mess.

It’s perfect ! Gifted to a friend for her 40th! Ballon was inflated and personalized message in the card.You just add product to cart, during check out before payment, check “this is a gift” , and then write your message. They printed the message on a sticker and placed it in the card.

Worst purchase ever! What a joke! Came in after her bday and was such a disappointment. Balloon was deflated and there was no excitement at all! EPIC FAIL

I sent a birthday parcel to my daughter who is away at college in Massachusetts. She opened it on the day it was delivered. The balloon was not inflated at all and the jingle didn’t play a birthday tune at all. I am devastated as this is the first year she has celebrated a birthday without me and the one thing I could do to send her some home birthday cheer was rubbish. Waste of money. I won’t be buying anything from this company again. I would leave a no star rating if I could!
