Excellent product but make sure you get the combo version. The standard version comes without the Raveneye image transmitter...

wobbles when held low
What no one seems to be talking about much is that there is unfixable wobble when the gimbal is at a low angle with a zoom lens on.Youtubers and reviewers have all pointed out this flaw, but write it off to a design niggle. Many forums are starting to fill up pointing this out too. I don't think I can write this flaw off as it is a big limiting factor in the gimbal.Aside from the wobble the arms are too short so you're limited with what sized set up you can actually put on the gimbal, and even on small set ups I found myself using counterweights and stripping what I could from the rig.Having used Zhiyun crane and crane 2 for many years I thought I'd give DJI a go. The screen function is good and the overall design I like, but to conclude I'd give this a miss. After nearly a month of testing I sent it back.I would consider myself pretty experienced with gimbals, so its definitely not something I was doing wrong.Several other people on forums wrote to DJI and even new units after complaining about the wobble, but DJI deny it exists - "you're holding it wrong" I read as one response from a DJI engineer to someone on a DJI forum. One other issue is the battery is built as the grip handle so if you want a spare battery the only option is to buy a very expensive spare. And the gear you need to buy to have the gimbal on a jib arm is very expensive. This alone should be enough to make you stop and think twice. And the mounting options with the manfrotto plate etc is just a ridiculous design. The focus motor you can buy as an add on is in some weird 12mm rod size so you can't just strap on the DJI motor to your rig. The whole thing is very 'apple' designed to lock you in to an accessory world. Afraid that doesn't wash with me and I hope other people take heed!I initially bought this over the cheaper DJI gimbal variant because my rig was heavy and thought I'd need a buffer, but after the wobble, having to have a small rig anyway etc and after seeing the new Zhiyun crane 3s can take an enormous weight and has an extendable arm I've decided to go for that instead. And by the way, Zhiyun did not pay me to say that! I genuinely would have kept this gimbal if it wasn't so inherently flawed.

Terrible condition, I wouldn’t accept even it was free
The media could not be loaded. Bought this gimbal as like new, wow! Must be a horrible joke, it would be more accurate to say it fell out of a plane and crashed landed in the Grand Canyon because it’s so beaten up, I can see where someone took bits of rubber and glued it unto the battery grip because the original one is not there, still feel sticky as if they just glued did it before Amazon dispatched it to me, parts are clearly broken off like the little knob to adjust the balancing of the camera, wouldn’t be able to set it up if I tried. I’m confused why would anyone wanna buy this in such condition.

no tripod legs
One of the most important part of the whole setup is not included in this refurbished or cosmetically scratched unit. The fact that this major problem wasn't written in the description is very very misleading. i was then offered less than 100quid by amazon to go buy another tripod base. No surprise i refused and asked for a full refund. i ordered a new unit instantly.
