Bought these to replace littlite bulbs for a Midas mixing console. They work great!I bought white, and they give a much more cool/white light than the warm yellow glow of the old littlelite bulbs, which at first I didn't like, but now much prefer. The new LED bulbs fit into the littlites with not problem (or at least, with no more problem than changing littlites has ever been).Changing littlites without losing or ruining the rubber rings has been a challenge since time immemorial. These lights do nothing to help it nor hurt it. But they work as bulb-replacements just fine.

I purchased these lights for a replacement bulb on a Pfaff 2170 sewing machine. The bulb does indeed fit. I attempted to put it in with the sewing tool designed for this job and the bulbs are built so fragile that one twist into the socket seems to have loosed the LED portion from the base, which now can be turned by hand. The second one I put in by hand (very carefully) with a couple fingers and very little twist on the base, and it seems to have gone in just fine and works.I have included two photos with this review, first is the bulb shown in the machine, the second is the light produced on the sewing bed.My overall impression - this probably works just fine for the job intended (in automotive use), but with no outer skin or protection for the LEDs I wonder how it would hold up in an adverse weather environment. For my sewing machine it seems to be good. I will say I was surprised at how hot the bulb seems to get. LEDs are supposed to be cool to the touch. The light is relatively bright and a warm white light.Shipping was fast and bulbs were very well packaged.

Bought to replace standard T57 bulbs used to illuminate house number. Plugged 1st bulb in, then second to complete circuit. Nothing. Removed one bulb, replaced with a different bulb. Nothing. Replaced both bulbs. They did light but were dimmer than the standard bulbs. Apparently at least one bulb was bad because it didn't light and the claim that they are much brighter than a standard bulb just didn't hold up. Returned.

I replaced the two #57 bulbs that were in series for illuminating my house number with the LUYED Super Bright 3014 30-EX LED bulbs. These bulbs are MUCH brighter and MUCH whiter than the #57 bulbs that they replaced. In addition, the measured current went from 188mA@18V AC to 30mA@18V AC. I then added a diode in series with the bulbs to eliminate any reverse voltage across the new bulbs. This dropped the current to 28mA@18V, half wave rectified. The brightness stayed the same with the diode in series with the bulbs. So in short, the power supplied to the house numbers went from 3.4 Watts to 0.5 Watt with much better illumination. As this is on 24/7 it represents a significant improvement in power. As a side not, I'm not sure the addition of the diode is necessary but I felt that I didn't want to take any chances with reverse voltage being applied to an LED bulb that was designed to run on DC.I highly recommend this bulb substitution for any similar situations.

Great easy replacement for my 2006 Toyota Solara map lights. Took 2 minutes and were good to go. The brightness is greatly increased, not quiet blinding but much brighter. The actual LED array isn’t super protected so be careful when installing, don’t just try to cram them in. If I get a chance I’ll take some comparison shots when the sun goes down. Update, major intensity boost. Hard to tell because of my camera but the intensity is at least double of the regular lamps.

Replaced the rear interior lights on a BMW e36 M3 coupe. Brighter, crisper and cooler, as expected, and look great. These are a little longer than the stock BA9s bulbs but still fit without obstruction. They also dim roughly 70% of the incandescent range (the last part is a sharp cut to off), which mostly preserves the aesthetic when the interior dims during locking/engine start. No OBC errors on my car, although I'm pretty sure they're not monitored by the OBC. Very satisfied. Not sure of the long-term reliability so 4 stars.

Ordered these by accident, when looking for some 1156 replacements. I hooked them to a battery and they are very bright. I put some LED headlamps in my '02 Mercedes E320 and found the daytime running lamps were a dull yellow, so I pulled them out to look at them and found these bulbs fit right in there, so I am currently using them now. The base is about the size of a bulb from an old school flashlight bulb.
