How often do you have to reapply

It would have to be reapplied often enough to keep the roaches from depleting the bait before they are completely eradicated which would allow them to make a come back.  If a few are left and bait is all consumed then they would survive to repopulate.  I am using on highly infested apartments and have been using for about a month and it is working wonders.  I add additional bait every two weeks to keep the pests in strong supply.  The tenants don’t help much with cleanliness so this is amazingly killing off the population if enough is put out.  I am using the method of putting a strip of bait down the diagonal fold of a 3 inch square of wax paper and folding like a taco.  Then you place these homemade bait stations everywhere where bugs are hiding and living.  They eat right through the paper  completely devouring the bait.  They love the stuff, and then you don’t have to stick bait directly on surfaces which is messy.  It works well and is described on the Syngenta website.  The amount used of course depends on degree of infestation.  Hope that helps.

It says roaches but the mds is the same as the one for ants. I have a problem with both will this work for both?

While using this product I did not have either in my rental home. I know that we purchased this item after seeing one roach in the kitchen between tenants. We applied it all around the kitchen about 8pm, the following morning there were over 50 dead roaches lying around. We did not see any dead ants but we did not have complaints of ants or roaches from the next tenants. We use this regularly now in our rentals and personal home. NO BUGS!! 💗

Will it work if the gel is expired?

Will this kill the black oriental cockroach, also known as "waterbug" or "black beetle"?

Yes, for sure. It was very effective against oriental and German cockroaches for me.
