Best value for capsulized Shilajit and fastest shipping fulvic for overseas care packages!!!
One of the most reasonable per/oz prices for Shilajit (fulvic acid) that I could find on Amazon. With loved one's overseas, it's nice to be able to put together care packages of products that ship together and arrive timely; so I was glad that this inexpensive, capsulized Shilajit was offered and I didn't have to ship a lb of fulvic acid hoping customs wouldn't hold it up longer. If it's really Shilajit (fulvic acid), this was the fastest way to get some sent to those I care most about and in a form that even taste-sensitive people can tolerate. Even those who fid it hard to swallow 1g capsules may find these 500mg capsules to be better. All around, I can't complain about one aspect of this product- since my family hasn't complained about it once. I'm glad this product exists and is available through Amazon at such a great price point. I really couldn't ask for more and will be sending another bottle with the next care package, very soon.

Very powerful herb, benefits are there
I did a video review on this herb this brand is a great brand that's made in india. I was recommended to try shilajit and I purchased two bottles. This is a very well-known Urban India my husband is Anglo Indian and that is how I learned about it. Please Google for the miraculous benefits of this herb and consider adding it to your diet. It's very cost-effective.

Didn't like it
Tried it for the reasons recommended and didn't have any positive results whatsoever. The only result was My wallet was a little emptier. I think it was a waste of money.

didn't seem to make any difference to me
this is just ME - i definitely cannot speak for anyone else. i can't tell they've done anything at all one way or other. i'm one who "monitors" everything - takes notes, and checks blood pressure, etc after taking anything, and these didn't make any difference at all. the good news is - they didn't raise my blood pressure - didn't raise my pulse rate, which is something i wish they would do.

Good shilajit
Shilajit has many benefits, with this one I feel the energy benefits the most. Other brands differ. Some brands have better anti anxiety effects.
