Product's formulation has exactly the same effect as Xyzal 5mg. Great for people who have used Zyrtec for years.

Living in Florida means a constant barrage of blooming, pollen-spewing something pretty much every day of the year. If it is flowers it’s trees or grasses or everything. The “yellow snow” that covers everything from early spring through summer. So I am no stranger to allergy medicines and have taken every possible pill over the counter for near 40 years. To add more fun, we recently added a kitten to the house. Other options weren’t cutting it so the pharmacist recommended we try Xyzal. Seeing this inexpensive option on Amazon we gave it a whirl and WOW. My nose hasn’t been happier in maybe four decades. It does leave me slightly groggy waking up the next morning, but I sleep well, and can breathe clearly all day. No runny nose, no sneezing, no congestion, no itchy eyes. Nothing but wide open nasal passages and an unimpeded flow of air. Nice. Plus, these tablets are stupid small and easy to swallow. I just wish they came in a larger bottle or subscribe and save because these will likely be coming to our house monthly for a long time. Works just as well for my wife and our son (liquid kids version) who both have slightly different allergies to me. If you’ve tried everything else, try these. Hopefully they work as well for you as they do for us.

My husband normally takes Xyzal for his allergies and I've been buying these instead for months and they work just as good! They are so much cheaper than Xyzal so I definitely recommend.

I recently switched from the name brand of this product to this product because it was so much cheaper. I figured I would give it a try to see if I noticed a difference or not. I haven’t noticed a difference at all. I will continue to buy this brand because it saves me money and works just as well as the name brand with no side effects.
