This kit is pretty darn complete- food for several days, some water, small fishing kit, compass, whistle, mirror, matches, tinder, flint, REAL Swiss army knife, lighting, a decent first aid kit, heat shield blanket (not the cheapo one use type), etc, etc. Not cheap, sure, but professional grade.
