No cleaning solution - you might have to reorder.
It would be helpful if there was actual cleaner in the bottle! Contacted Goddards, they redirected me to Amazon (who sent me to Goddards the first time I tried to get a replacement). I had one previously that I bought in Sydney, so this was annoying. AMAZON - get your act together! You were pretty useless this time around. Doesn't anyone check to see if you are sending what was ordered, not a bottle with brush and tray, but NO CLEANING SOLUTION??! I won't know if they got this right until next week...

The little brush inside is a little too soft for cleaning so you need a little muscle. Otherwise great product 😊

Very Good Product to Clean Your Precious Jewelry
Goddard's Jewelry Cleaner works exactly as promised. I had been planning on taking my diamond wedding rings, various precious stone, gold and silver rings, bracelets and necklaces to the jewelers to have cleaned. This proved to be an expensive proposition. Instead, I purchased this product and followed the directions. After a few minutes and a scrub with the brush provided in the container, my jewelry came out shiny, clean, and sparkling. SUCH a good product. Highly recommend.

It halfway worked....
This is easy to use and can be used multiple times, so I say it's durable. I used it for my sterling silver cross (which had tarnishing) & its chain, stainless steel nameplate, and white gold hoop earrings. My nameplate is bright and new looking as are my earrings after the 2 minute soak. However, though the chain to my cross and back of the cross are brighter, the tarnish remains on the front; I let it soak more than the 2 minutes (about 6 minutes) and used the brush but it remains tarnished. I appreciate the speed of cleaning, but I specifically bought this because it advertised being a tarnish remover. It's great for regular cleaning, but it didn't do the work I needed for my cross. Lastly, the smell is strong, but I expect that with jewelry cleaner. I didn't do 'before' pics, but my nameplate and earrings were dull from not being worn for awhile and fingerprints, but now they look like when I bought them. As for my cross, you can see the tarnish which is the same as 'before'.

Does what it says
Arrived promptly. Easy to use. I have only tried it on silver jewellery so far with good results. You need a soft cloth.
