The quality of the item is excellent in every way. However, the size marked as 8 XL is really about a size 6. The sizing runs much smaller.

I’ve worn these for decades!
Best underwear ! For a full, nylon brief, that shows no panty line, these are the best. Sadly, they are being manufactured smaller than they used to be so take that into account when ordering. I ordered 6 pair 5 years ago and they are beginning to die at this point but they’ve served me well.

Perfect fit!
I love the Vanity Fair underwear. I have been wearing it for years and I was so glad to see that Amazon sells it. I used to buy it from Sears years ago and the Bay doesn't carry it. It fits great and doesn't ride up. Very comfortable and lasts for a long time. I buy a size 8 which is about the same as a ex-large. Perfect fit. The material is also nice , makes it easy to pull your jeans up & over. The best underwear I have ever had.
