This was a replacement for original stop start button and fit was very good. Would buy again if ever needed. No instructions though. Clean the surface well first. No instructions if the old needed to be removed first or just stick to original. Looks great though.

It fit prefectly

Very nice looking, easy to install, only flaw is the original button lights up the letters in red and the cover will not let the light threw, made of light weight aluminum anodized red.

So my wonderful Audi is starting to show a little age. Most things are minor but this start button is something I touch every time I use the car. The OEM part is starting to flake / lift the metal on the edges of the letters. Umm, paper cut plus metal shavings, no thanks. I looked around an there are many version of this sticker overlay. I actually liked the blue one better but the cost was outrageous (yes I'm frugal and an Audi is a low cost of ownership car if you do it right... 34MPG w/ 330HP and AWD since early 2010s... stick that in u calculator). So I got the cheaper red one. It is actually not so bad as the picture makes it look as all the interior lighting on my beasty is OEM red too. The only complaint is that the description did not mention the extra 2 sided tape option. If you go this route don't use it. I feel for the "more is better" trap. Unfortunately the tape is just thick enough that after install it leaves a very slight gap where you can still see the old silver button. I'm nit picking a bit, but I expect most Audi owners would too. I can live with it and it will stop the loss of a finger tip, but I wish I would have gone with just the skimpy 3M backing at first to see if it would work. Peace out.

This item looks fantastic, but does not allow for the push button to go down far enough to actually start the car. Installing it was easy enough with the exception of how difficult it is to remove the wax from the glue. Once it is on don't ever plan on taking it off. When I took it off it was so stuck that I actually bent the button and destroyed my original push start. Now, I have to pay $80 for Audi OEM to replace the button. Totally not worth it.

Really good quality and very easy to install. Love the material it is made of a nice solid aluminum. The Red just POPS!!!

Not bad looking and easy to apply/fit. Pieces don't interfere with button movement, and seem stuck on pretty well. Hopefully they hold up over time, and if they do...we have a winner. But for now, it's looks great!

Easy to install and looks oem

The metal ring went I'm fine and it looks good. But, the other ring has nothing to glue too! I don't think this was meant for a Q7? Maybe a seven, but not a Q7.
