Will this fit a 35inch tire with a 17inch rim?

This one is for smaller tires. Look at 90011 or 90066. That will get you 17-22. Rims with up to 38" tires. If you have extended wheels hubs, like an 8+ lug, look at the 90080 or 90073 xl systems. Hope this helps

Can you adjust caster, camber, and toe all with this?

No. You can measure caster, camber and toe with this tool. You cannot make any adjustments with this tool.

The picture shows the tire sitting on a plate; does the plate come with the kit? What all comes with the kit?

No. The turn plates do not come in the kit. Kit includes 4 machined & powder coated square steel tubes, 2 vertical + 2 horizontal. 6 each "wheel attaching tips", 2 tape measures (Toe) and 1 digital level (camber and caster).

So, does it come with two mounts or just one? In your answer bellow, you dont say it comes with any, just two tapes, the level, instructions and case

it does come with two mounts. the only thing is it hard to figure out which tie rod to adjust to have both wheels aligned.
