I'm a water fitness instructor so take my gear seriously. I like this product. I ordered the pink set which is the medium level of resistance. They're just right for me. Easy enough to move around and yet enough to get real resistance. Pink color is nice, not as garish as I expected. The pink is decent and sort of "uplifting". Here's what works: - hand holds are extremely comfortable - ergonomic design - I love holding them - Ankles seem loose at first, but play with the velcro - you will find a way to make it stay firm to your ankles - The set makes for a really good water work out in 20 mins a day Here's things to be aware of: - Be sure to wash them off in cool water after each pool use. Chlorine can discolor the plastic. - Don't leave them to dry off in the sun. Sun can discolor the plastic. - Don't drop the hand bells. They are sturdy but will chip (probably) if dropped. I baby them to keep them nice. I bought a special bag with a bit of padding for carrying them to the pool. - You should know the hand bells are too big and bulky to travel with (by plane) but you could toss them in your car for a week getaway easily. The ankle pieces by contrast are smaller and could go with you in a suitcase more easily when you travel. - Some people complain about the price for value. I got my set for $119. For the amount I will use them I think the price is OK. Sure, I would be happier paying $85-90, but having said that, I don't feel ripped off -knowing they give me a good workout and I will take care of them so they last a long time. I've been attending an Aqua Fit class at my local gym. The water weights at the gym provided little to no resistance. I purchased the AquaLogix bundle last week. I've been using the hand weights for the past few workout sessions and am pleased with the resistance they provide when working out. I've not used the fins yet but I expect they provide the same workout resistance for my legs in the water. Several of my swim friends have tried ask about or tried out my AquaLogix dumbells. I'm hoping to see more people using these in our pool workouts.

OMG!!!! AquaLogix’s is a amazing workout. I’m pretty active and have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I wanted to get a good outwork that would be more gentle on my joints then the weights. It’s crazy. You feel some burn while your doing it, but when you get out of the pool your legs feel like heavy logs. With that, you know your getting a good workout. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed at all.

Skip this product! Very difficult to put on! Feels weird in the water. I didn't get the idea of how this worked.. I watched all the videos and tried the exercises several times in the pool and I returned this! Hard pass!

It is bulky to take with you if you don’t have a pool. I didn’t feel that the leg fins did anything.

Nice looking hot pink gear- jumped in the pool with them right away and tried out the ankle “weights” and hand “weights” and took the little included work out sheet. I performed all of the exercises. Unrelated, the Goodyear Blimp flew over my pool repeatedly during my workout. Very random. I felt like the exercises got my heart rate up and were fun and easy. My upper body certainly got more of a work out than the feet fins. Feet fins didn’t fit well and I had to readjust multiple times. Didn’t feel any muscle response in legs but did feel like it opened my hips. I will report back. Glad I have the set to get me out in my pool more.

These are perfect, the resistance of the hand bells works well. The design of the leg weights allows for a comfortable and secure fit, easy to put on and take off. Great quality, I would definitely recommend.

This is great however there should be a warning not to overdue it. I used for an hour & spent 2 days in agony!
