Creamy and rich, does not taste like it came from m a can
I always like and frequently buy Campbells New England style clam chowder. It is rich and thick and does not have a from-the-can taste. I usually add a can of baby clams, dried onion spice, black pepper, and basil to the pot with the clam chowder. I cook it a while to decrease any extra liquid from the can of baby clams. When it has that nice thick and creamy texture, I serve it in bowls, topped with French bread garlic croutons. It is the perfect meal for 2 with side lettuce salad and a glass of wine. It’s quick to fix, and not too expensive for a very tasty meal. I prefer Campbells brand to others, since some other brands can be too watery or taste like a can.

Very satisfying comfort food in a pinch!
Decent canned Clam Chowder at your fingertips. I enjoyed it with lemon, salt and pepper and a side of sourdough bread. Very satisfying comfort food in a pinch!

OUR PANTRY ESSENTIAL
We love our soup and clam chowder is our must have to keep in the pantry. The chucky version is especially nice because it got alot more bite to the clam and potatoes in the soup. We do find that the flavor is slighty bland for our taste but nothing a little salt can't fix. It's also nice to have when on diet because the calories count isn't that high for how full you can get.

Closet I’ve had so far to the clam chowder I’ve had in San Francisco & Florida. Expensive but cheaper tha travelling to the USA 😁
