LES Labs Sinus & Seasonal Supplement for Respiratory Support, 60 Capsules

I have tried several other products with overlapping ingredients, but there were always side effects and the products were most effective if I took more than one capsule a day. Typically, when I travel outside of my city (Costa Mesa/Newport Beach), I will get a sinus headache that lasts for about 6 hours. This has happened at work (I work about 35 miles away in an agricultural area) and I have had to leave work because no amount of Advil will alleviate the headache. Since taking this product though, I haven't experienced these types of headaches. I recently went to Italy for two weeks and even though I spent a few days in the city and most days outside in the wind, I was not bothered by the city pollution and other allergens. Again, before this product I would usually get a headache from the bus exhaust or from being a park on a windy day. With the Sinus and Seasonal capsules, I don't experience any of my previous symptoms. As far as dosage, I can take one capsule every other day most of the time and not experience more than a few sneezes in the morning. If I feel like I will be outside all day and there might be people smoking cigarettes, then I will take an extra pill a few hours after the first one. It seems like cigarettes, strong perfume, or chemicals like bleach will trigger an instant headache for me, but this product helps if I take one more pill than my usual before being exposed. So, I carry an extra pill in my purse just in case. For instance, I was on an airplane (12 hour flight) and before I knew it the bathrooms were being cleaned with the strongest smelling chemicals! It was floral scented which was nice, but it was so strong that it triggered a headache within a few minutes. I took my extra pill and applied some white flower (oil) and my headache subsided after about 20 minutes. If I didn't have the extra pill, the headache would have likely lasted about six hours. I'm sure if I took the pill daily, then I would not need to carry an extra one, but since these encounters do not happen too often, I would rather only take what my body needs. I have been taking this product for about three months now and feel the results are the best of all of the products I have tried over the last several years (D-Hist, Generic Loratadine, Rootology). I know how suffering from allergies can dictate one's daily activities (perhaps even one's general happiness) and I think I have found complete relief by using this product. I hope this review helps others! Update (March 2017): I am still using this product and still experience allergy relief to the same degree. I have been recommending it to others well.

I am plagued with Chronic Sinusitis and much like the chicken and the egg - I have no earthly idea what started where. I have Eosinophilic Asthma and a smattering of allergies, near constant post nasal drip and clearing my throat, sinus congestion, endless bouts of coughing attacks appearing out of nowhere, and sinus pain. Sleep is the only solution I have found to give the reactivity of my respiratory system a break. As soon as I drink, or eat anything - including plain water, the entire ordeal starts all over again. I regularly see a pulmonologist, allergist, ENT and gastroenterologist. None can measurably alleviate my respiratory symptoms and PND. Because I live in Colorado with its extremely dry climate, I faithfully use a humidifier and nasal irrigation. Those are the remedies my medical specialists offer the most. As I am apt to do, I searched Amazon for those issues I was hoping to improve. Of everything I stumbled across, the reviews for "LES Labs Sinus & Seasonal, Natural Supplement for Sinus & Nasal Health" were almost too good to be true. Many voiced skepticism about the efficacy of this product. I too was highly skeptical. I bit the bullet and ordered a bottle, although I thought it was awfully expensive. Once received, I waited for a day that was highly problematic - after all, I wanted to give it a real test. I took one capsule. I had low expectations while hoping, but not anticipating, some sort of symptom improvement. I busied myself with a few minor tasks and no later than 5 minutes after taking the "LES Labs Sinus & Seasonal, Natural Supplement for Sinus & Nasal Health" realized there WAS a drastic difference. I'm not easily prone to suggestion and thought I must have psyched myself up too much. The next morning, I still had symptoms that were relieved. I remained unwilling to believe it was THAT easy to alleviate my most bothersome symptoms after all the nonsense I have been through. I waited another week and tried it again. Unbelievably, the difference was clearly obvious within the first few minutes. I've never had such an immediate beneficial reaction to a supplemental formula. I've since shared it with friends with similar sinus concerns and their experiences matched mine. So, if you read the reviews and thought "yeah sure", I felt the same. I'm still surprised it works so well. If it wasn't otherwise obvious, I was not compensated in ANY way for my review. (Actually, in more than 20 years as an Amazon customer, I've never been approached or offered anything in exchange for a review.)

Good news and bad news. My story: I spent YEARS trying to find some way to deal with spring, summer and fall allergies. My symptoms change, sometimes it's sinusitis, sometimes watery eyes, always a feeling of misery, fatigue, light fever, depression-like lethargy in the morning and early afternoon when my histamines are sucking the life out of me. All the usual things help a little and should not be discounted: I shower EVERY time I come inside, use saline solution twice a day, windows closed from March to November and air conditioning on on the most beautiful breezy days of the year (I waited 20 years to get an affordable apartment in Manhattan with cross-ventilation for this!) I have never been diagnosed and when I tell the doctor my symptoms he tells me how bad other people's are compared to mine and gives me my options -- antihistamines, nasal steroids, all the things that make me feel worse or do nothing. No one has researched allergies and what brings them on more than I have, and I came across these natural antihistamines in my travels and specifically this brand. Good news: last year, I had a virtually allergy-free year (including indoor stuff like dust-related reactions) and couldn't stop talking about it. Most people were constantly complaining about how bad a year it was. Can't tell you how wonderful it was from March to early August. Bad news: Then bang, fall allergies hit me like a ton of bricks. Long story short, I'm pretty sure that butterbur is great AT FIRST for tree and grass, even some dust, allergies, but not for ragweed and may even make it worse. I stopped taking these supplements until the end of the year and now I'm back on them, but not getting any great effect. Miserable all the time, except for one thing. They seem to give a small amount of relief during my worst moments (around 11 am when I feel like I'm about to die) and really help me cope. I would recommend taking one in the morning as early as possible and then another if it's a bad day as a treatment. Maybe also a stinging nettle root capsule in addition in between. I do realize that allergies are a medical mystery to some extent, so I am patient. I give this product 4 stars by default since nothing else works ever.

A month or so after moving from Albuquerque to Seattle I developed a severe allergic reaction to the new environment. This created a downward spiral for me heath-wise as I was no longer able to get a good night's sleep. Within a few minutes of reclining I would start choking on the gunk my sinuses were producing pretty much 24 x 7 non-stop. When I wasn't reclining I was busy blowing my nose every few minutes while trying not to overdue it so my nasal passages wouldn't swell shut. In the early days a combination of pseudoephedrine and fexofenadine provided some relief but as the months (yes, months) dragged on they became less effective so I began searching for alternatives. As I suspected I was certainly not the first person to be having this kind of problem and a good many of those other folks seemed to be having very good results with "Sinus Health & Seasonal Discomfort Formula by LES Labs" (omg that's a lot to type!). I'm a skeptic by nature and start out by assuming that if it sounds too good to be true then it must be (too good to be true). Being desperate and contemplating my own death by mucus drowning drawing closer I bought myself one bottle and, based on feedback from other people's reviews, took two pills the day it was delivered. Within hours, after months of having to breath through my mouth, I was able to breath through my nose again. I've since been able to back off of double-dosing and now take one pill in the morning and one at night. I haven't touched the pseudoephedrine or fexofenadine for more than a week and don't feel any need for them. I'm sleeping through the night again because my symptoms have lessened and/or are being held largely in check by these pills. They absolutely work for me at a cost that's close to what the pseudoephedrine and fexofenadine combo was costing me. Everyone's body chemistry is different. The only way to know if this product will help you is to buy a bottle and try it for yourself. I'm one of the lucky ones who benefited greatly from using it. Your mileage may vary. :^)

I had absolutely no idea this wonderful product existed until I got a really bad case of the flu this past March. I had a severe sinus infection along with post nasal dripping that was constantly draining into my throat, which caused me to have bronchitis. Not to mention constant sinus pressure in my forehead all day long to where my poor body just couldn't rest. I went to see a primary care physician two different times and I had to take two different antibiotics to clear up the yellow mucus I was having to constantly spit up. I even irrigated my nose with Nasaline and the salt, which kind of helped. But it did dry out my nasal passages even more. I suffer from a nasal trauma called ENS/Empty Nose Syndrome. An ENT doctor I had trusted about 12 years ago said I would breathe better and have less sinus infections if he reduced my inferior turbinates, which is your nose's first line of defense against anything you inhale and it's a vital organ that moisturizes the air that goes into your lungs. The tubinates also provide moisture in your nose and keep the mucus flowing in the proper direction. I started taking vitamins in my late 20's and even more now into my 30's. Because I take really good quality vitamins for a variety of things, I like to sometimes get them on amazon. While I was searching for a vitamin that I normally take, I accidentally discovered Sinus & Seasonal/LES Labs. While I was still lying in bed sick, I read all the reviews, which were extremely helpful as always, which is why I love amazon so much!!! All the excellent reviews I had read is what persuaded me to immediately purchase this product. My only recommendation is that if you are a sinus sufferer like myself to stay away from milk or dairy as much as possible or at least in moderate use. But definitely drink lots of water on a daily basis, especially while taking this supplement. It really does work and I have found it to be very gentle on my poor nose. I only take one capsule a day and that's good for me, but I suggest try taking one capsule for a few days and see if you need to take two. Everyone is different, so it just depends on the individual. I will definitely be a loyal customer to Sinus & Seasonal/LES Labs. I am so extremely grateful for this product!! I've been on zyrtec on and off for maybe 10 years but the last 2 years I have been taking it every day due to my job. I consider myself pretty healthy but didn't like how that was the only pharmaceutical I was having to take daily. Without it for just 2 days, I would for sure be miserable with a runny nose, itchy eyes, and sinus pain. I'm allergic to cats (have my 2 babies), dust, pollen...the works. With my job in clients homes working around TV's and video cabinets, I am constantly around allergens. I wanted to try finding an alternative anyways. I started my research and found this combo. This is actually the first supplement I tried. I stopped zyrtec for 3 days before I started on this and the allergy symptoms had already started back. Between this and a 1,000mg vitamin C capsule I added at the same time, I am fine now. I'm great. It took a few weeks to adapt. Many of those days where I was taking this in the morning and before bed, but after 3 weeks I take it just once in the morning with my other vitamins. Before on zyrtec, if my allergies started up, I was screwed. There was no taking a missed dose of zyrtec and having my allergies calm down, or taking an extra dose or even other supplemental medication. If they started, that was it, I was down and out for the day. With this, I just take another capsule and within 30 minutes I'm good as new! I would like to mention that I take a few other supplements as well; a probiotic, the vitamin c mentioned earlier, and a womens daily. I'm sure these are helping keep my autoimmune system up, but this added to the mix does the trick to keep my sinuses at bay. Highly recommend.

Truly not sure how to rate this product...as it might be 5 stars for someone else...but for me, it has caused severe headaches especially behind my eyes. It felt like I had a million styes happening all at once...incredible painful. I have researched a bit and I think the culprit may well be the Quercetin as headaches are a notable side effect. I was hoping that this product would be the one pill answer to my allergy woes but I will have to resort to single remedies until I can find the answers and not try to guess which ingredient might be the issue.

I have been purchasing products on Amazon for years, I'm usually to lazy to write a review, but I feel as if this product has changed my life and it rightfully deserves a review. I have suffered from the worst seasonal allergies since I was a child, I literally have allergies throughout the entire year. It seems any day that there was a significant change in the weather it would strike, leaving me worthless for the entire day. During the spring and the fall I would have these allergies 1-2 a week, summer and winter probably twice a month. I have tried all sorts of over the counter and under the counter medicines, generally most would work, but the results were never worth the side-effects. At least for myself when I took medications such as Claritin and Zyrtec, my immune system seemed to suffer greatly, I found myself catching the flu just a few weeks after taking such medication. I know this is true because 3 years ago I decided to go cold turkey from any medicine and suffer with the allergies, I couldn't take being sick so often, with only limited allergy relief. Since then I have yet to even have a simple fever... This spring season has been terrible! I seem to have terrible allergies every other day, I started looking into natural solutions and found this product. Now, I have only been using this product for three weeks, the first few days I started by taking two in the morning, just to get things moving quicker. Since then I have only been taking one (expect for mornings I wake up and start feeling a little sniffy, then I take two just in case). I can honestly say I have not had one incident in three weeks, when just before I started taking this product I was having allergies every other day.. It works, that's all I can say. I don't know if it will work for everyone, but damn, for me it's like "black magic" at this point. I will try to continue updating this review as weeks go by without an incident *Update* 6/4/2014 Today marks one month! Sadly, today I am having limited allergies, they are no where close to as intense as what I usually experience, but they are enough to be a distraction to my day to day activities. I am happy with one day out of a month in the spring, that is still amazing! But I am going to drop my star rating down from 5 stars to 4.5. Just because they aren't perfect, but pretty close :)

I am Canadian living in Ontario. Every year I have symptom of pollen allergy starting sometime in the middle of May, I tried so many things before. This year I get Sinus & Seasonal, which is new for me and drop off Claritin Plus I kept using Neti pot every year. This is best combo I use so far. Thanks.
