If my hitch capacity exceeds the strength of this skidder, the skidder will bend. So what’s the max lbs capacity of this SKIDDER?

According to Tractor Supply via Timber Tuff, “recommended” max lifting capacity is 300 lbs.

What's the lift capacity?

Your three point hitch does the lifting. I have dragged some pretty big logs with mine!

I don't have a tractor, can this be used with a pickup truck?

There are receiver hitch 3-point adapters for ATVs and UTVs, which would let you hook this up. I think Kolpin is one of the brands. So it is possible, but i am not sure the pickup would have sufficient traction to make it useful.
