Reliable construction for a great workout
Huge fan of this system! If you're looking for some low-tech home gym options, you'll want to keep this one in your back pocket. I was hesitant to start using this, since I purchased this to replace a "luxury" brand bodyweight suspension system whose hardware failed me mid-workout (twice!) and I had a pretty substantial mental block that stopped me from trusting this system for the first several uses. I am happy to report that this system has put my fears to rest due to its solid construction! The stitching is incredibly sturdy and the carabineers are obviously high quality. I use it a few times a week and haven't had any issues with bending/cracking/fraying of any components. You can get a great workout from these bands. I mostly use it for upper body, but it is a very versatile system for lower body and full body workouts. Swapping the handles for the foot slings is easy-peasy. I only use this inside with the over-the-door anchor, and I've had no issues with warping/damage while still maintaining a very safe anchor point. Overall I am so pleased with the purchase, especially for this price point.

Great buy on a solid exercise kit.
Sturdy and well-built. I can't imagine that the name brand suspension straps are any better. The adjusters hold tight with no slipping, giving me confidence that I won't fall on my face. I prefer the separate groups and stirrups to the all-in-one types. Both attachments are comfortable and feel good while working out. One review mentioned D-rings failing, but I can only see that if you get it pulled sideways, which is very unlikely, or if you put well over 200lbs on a single D-ring. The links provided aren't the best, but there are plenty of free resources for exercises available out there. So far, the straps are way longer than what I need with my 9' ceilings, or 7' power rack. Also, I love that I can easily take it traveling with me with little added weight.

An excellent "whole home gym" in a box, and at a terrific price!
What a terrific set of pieces, very high quality, and at an excellent price! I have other, big weight-training equipment pieces, but you could create an EXCELLENT whole-body "gym" in your home or apartment, for stretching, toning, and strength-training virtually any muscle or muscle group in your body just with this one purchase! And it was barely half the price of the comparable "name-brand" items that you'll see in the gym or sporting goods stores. (I'd definitely recommend also buying the set of laminated exercise posters. Very inexpensive, and illustrates hundreds of exercises for upper and lower body, core, and whole body workouts.)

Item is sturdy and seems to fit the bill. 2 (cosmetic)quality issues
Item is VERY sturdy. There are only two things I would change about the design. 1: There is no need for an Allen key type locking carabiner. If a locking type is desired, a twist lock type(or ANY tool-less design) would be much appreciated! I resolved this issue by simply backing the Allen screws out all the way while forcing them back out of the hole with a scratch awl. Now I just have the springs😎. 2: I understand the "overbuilt" and "tough" look is what they were going for... But is 1-1/2" webbing really necessary? These things are capable of supporting people who have ZERO interest in working out with them. 1" webbing can support up to 350-400 lbs if it is from a quality source. 3: A 2nd door anchor or some type of folding spreader bar for the single anchor point would be AWESOME! The piece could simply be a 1/2" bar that is pinned and jointed in the middle with a ring to attach the straps on either end. A sliding piece of tubing (with a caribiner built in for the anchor point) could have a small slot cut into it so it locks onto the pin in the hinged center, locking the bar out straight. I have yet to perform a workout with this as I just unboxed it. Upon unboxing I noticed 2 quality issues(pictured) that are minor, but still kinda piss me off. 1:There is a stain on one of the straps. 2:There is paint/powder coat damage on one of the carabiners. Neither of these defects are the seller's fault as it looks like both defects could have resulted from poor handling at the manufacturer. Not gonna complain too much because I don't want some Chinese kid to get whipped on my account. Overall for the price, I have to say I'm pretty excited to put these to use. If I remember to, I will edit this and post a user review type update.

Great home workout tool — versatile and well built
Great suspension trainer for home workouts. As a dad of five who doesn't always have time to get to a gym, having a solid home workout option matters. This trainer sets up easily with the door anchor and gives you a genuinely wide range of exercises — rows, push-ups, pikes, lunges, planks, and more — all from a single piece of kit. The build quality feels solid, the straps are adjustable, and it's been holding up well under regular use. The included door anchor is sturdy and I've had no issues with it shifting during exercises. If you want a versatile, affordable suspension trainer for home use without the TRX price tag, this is worth your consideration.

Great value
I bought this because the TRX was a little prices for me and this looked comparable. I love how the material is made, very strong and the stitching is quality. I'm 6'2 and about 195 lbs and this thing holds up to my weight really well. I saw some reviews where they said the metal couplers bent but I'm thinking that it is because they had them spun around the wrong way as the flat side should be towards whenever you attach them while the rounded side should be towards you. I love that it comes with a carry case and el be parking it in my luggage to go on my trip soon. It also comes with QR codes to give you basic exercises to get you started but there are also many YouTube videos to get you on your way. Although not needed I did purchase the ceiling/wall mount as with my size I felt that I might pull the door through. Overall great quality and value for your money. Just like the TRX just a much better value.

Comparable to TRX
15 uses so far in the last 30 days - no problems. - If you've never used one of these contraptions - they provide a legit workout. You will not regret it. Use YouTube to find TRX workouts. - Very well constructed. Stitching, hardware are high quality. - Zero concern with tensile strengths, hardware failure. - Easy to adjust mid-workout. - Only significant different is that TRX has the combo hand & feet grips, this one does not. You would have to swap grips with foot loops mid-workout. I rarely swap them out so I don't mind - you might mind. - If that is my only complaint, it's well worth the $avings. - Highly portable. Take it anywhere: anywhere in the house, garage, hotel, park (rigged with hammock strap), wherever. Recommend - Buy

surpassed my expectations
I purchased these after reading how helpful suspended training is to seniors and those with joint issues. These straps were much less than TRX and unlike some of the other lower priced options looked sturdy. They are absolutely sturdy enough to confidently work out and not worry about falling to the ground if a random part gives out. I cannot use my hands to grab things due to hand issues and work out with ankle straps or wrist hooks that have a D rings. These clip on to the Bodytorc straps quite easily as TRX has no way for me to clip onto their straps. Bodytorc has accidentally provided an ability to clip accessories from other manufacturers that the others do not. I understand everybody does not have my physical limitations but I really like how these straps fit into my current phase of life and budget as well as a pretty good selection of videos to show setup and exercises.

Awesome system for the right environment
So I bought this because I'm often at my lover's place and want to be able to exercise there. I used it at my house a few times, but my stupid house has nothing but doors that really don't work for this. Did wind up falling a couple of times, but fortunately only fell onto my bed, which I lazily took as divine inspiration for a nap. I took it to the lover's house, and that's when I realized her doors would NEVER be able to hold my fat butt up. I ended up buying a hook thing for mounting this to the wall, and that has been perfect. It's a great system and offers some pretty awesome flexibility for people on the go, but it has limitations on where you can use it.

Excellent quality and very versatile with having two separate straps. Check out their website for free instruction videos. Take the free 7 day beginners course if new to suspension straps. Well worthwhile.

Quality without the high price
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Quality Suspension Trainer I purchased the Bodytorc Suspension Training Kit and have been genuinely impressed with the quality. The webbing and stitching are extremely solid and inspire confidence during every workout. Everything feels heavy-duty and well made, with a level of construction that rivals much more expensive brands. The straps adjust easily, the anchors feel secure, and the whole system is built to withstand serious training. It’s clear that quality materials have been used throughout, particularly the military-grade webbing and reinforced stitching. If you’re looking for a suspension trainer that delivers premium build quality without paying the premium price of the more popular brands, the Bodytorc is an outstanding choice. Great value for money and highly recommended.

solid, high quality straps
as good, if not better than trx straps for half the price, the one star review is not fair, it’s extremely simple to take the screw out if you’re not needing to fix the straps somewhere permanent like a gym
