Item meet my expectations. Identical or close to identical to previous similar item. Item provided good protection to my phone. It survived several drops and protected phone. It finally cracked and came apart. However I would buy it again and did.

Exactly what I needed!
Exactly as described. Perfect fit & great protection. One big plus is that the buttons on my iPhone 12 Pro work easily unlike on the Otterbox Commuter case. The Symmetry is also less bulky than the Commuter and fits small hands more easily.

Excellent Case!

Poor quality, no warranty
Very poor quality. After a year the rubber near the volume buttons started to crack. It makes me wonder if the product is genuine Otterbox. Also warranty seems problematic as seller is not cooperative.
