It is just like the original. Very dark gray, almost black.

Does this include the rivets and or hardware to attach it to a jeep?

No it doesn’t , if your Jeep has a stock bumper the bolts will just be re used in this one . It’s an easy job takes about 1 1/2 without power tools , make sure to install bumper cover complete before putting all back together to the sub bumper frame it will save you some time .
