Id is 8mm, od is 12mm, yet wall thickness is detailed as 2mm. where did the other 2mm go?

2mm wall thickness + 2mm wall thickness + 8mm ID=12mm OD

Will this be a tight fit on a 2 mm OD syringe?

No. It will be loose. The ID is more than 2mm

I need 328ft of continuous hose, I need to know if ordering 20und of this product of 16.4ft would be delivered in sections or in a single 328ft?

Probably sections, Home Depot may have it in bulk.

Can i use this to replace the pcv hose in my car?

Probably not. I’d go to an actual storm price grade hose this stuff wasn’t that great.
