Introduction to Econometrics (3rd Edition)

I bought this book as it was the recommended one for my course. Overall, the book is easy to understand and well explained. However,sometimes explanations are too vague & some concepts are explained using the same sentences throughout all the book.

This textbook provides a good introduction to econometrics as it offers basic reviews of key concepts (statistics and probability) and thereafter builds the theory of regression analysis with plenty of real life examples. Having covered basic linear regressions the book proceeds to cover more advanced subjects such as time series. I believe the book provides an easy and comprehensive understanding of linear regression analysis and it was also very useful for my studies in intermediate econometrics. Overall a very good book

This is a very good textbook for understanding some concepts, however if your course is proof heavy, only a few of these proofs are demonstrated and others need to be found in alternative sources.

Good book, nice quality... I haven't actually read other books fro econometrics and the book seems to be repeating itself sometimes, but overall, combined with the lectures I have in the university, I am satisfied. I don't know if it would be good for self study though...

Wish I had known of this book during my undergraduate studies in economics: it is clearly written and manages to captivate, even though one might not expect this given the book's contents. I keep it, and often use it, as a great way to fall back on and refresh the basics.

quite packing intact,paper printing is very clear,the delivery is quite fast and the price is relatively reasonable I think that is also the important reason I choose it

Excellent, it was as I expected. Everything was and is excellent. The book is well written and excellent. I like it!
