St Joseph was a true miracle 🙏
Love this if anyone is trying to sell their home. I put St. Joseph in the ground next to the for sale sign and within 30 days we sold it. The market wasn’t in our favor and I prayed every day to St. Joseph for a quick sale and it happened and we were relieved. I was happy to leave him there for protection to the new owners. So if you’re a realtor this is a great gift. 🎁

MIRACLE!
MIRACLE!!!! We listed a beautiful fully remodeled home and got zillion of views and interests but shockingly, no serious offer. After several weeks, I decided to purchase one from Amazon (thank to those amazing reviews.) We burried him inside a plant pot under the for sale sign. We followed the instruction: upside down, face looking at the home. On the exact date, a couple of potential buyers looked at the home and are now, the proud owners. Shocking is under statement for us. We believe in God and the mystery of the world around us. But this experience only validate our belief: each home has its own soul and only the right blessing will allow those souls to open up to new owners. We just listed another home and this time, burried this statue prior. We already got a full price offer the 1st day in the market.... We are beyond grateful and feel so humbled... We will be purchasing more of these statues and will use them for every home we list moving forward....

Superstition
I am superstitious and believed burying this statue upside down in the front yard would help to sell your home faster. My friends were not believers but decided to appease me. They were under contract the day after it was buried. They are now believers!

The statue came in perfect, intact condition, and as it should. However, this hasn't worked, and we've had it buried for over a month. Not sure the time frame, it was supposed to help, but nothing as of 30 days out.

I am not religious at all but was fed up with our house taking 6 months to sell. Buried this, head down facing the house on March 5 and we closed the deal, money in the account on March 30. Best $20 I ever spent!
