Why does the allergy warning say it contains milk and soy, when they are not listed as ingredients?

I don’t know, I thought that was weird, too. But I can tell you I do have issues with milk and I have no problems at all with anything about these bars. They are amazing!

They are whey protein isolate which is low fodmap.

How much sodium does this have?

115 mg. Or 5 percent of the recommended daily intake. Based on 2000 mg a day. Boom... still needs to be drizzled with chocolate. They are delicious. A little sweet for my taste. 12 lasted me 2 months.
