Why is this coconut water pink and other expensive brands aren’t?

A fresh young coconut when you pour out its contents, the water will look transparent at first and over time, it will gradually start to turn pink When your coconut water turns pink, the coconut itself contained high levels of an enzyme called polyphenol oxidase. Polyphenols are a type of naturally occurring antioxidant, that make coconut water a nutritious and delicious beverage. While all coconut water begins as a clear liquid, those with higher concentrations of polyphenols will turn pinkish the longer they’re exposed to oxygen and light. The ones that remain white or clear have lower levels of polyphenols.

Is the plastic good plastic? #s 2, 4, and 5, found on bottom of the bottle. Any other # of plastic, the poison leaches into the product.

I don’t see a number on the bottle. My doctor put me on this because it’s pure.
